'Before the beginning', Guides worked on Scout badges, but from the beginning of Guides in 1910, there was a range of white felt badges, with navy blue embroidery, and no lettering.  These were around until c1922.

The badges were: Astronomer, Artist, Athlete, Basketmaker, Beekeeper, Birdwatcher, Boatswain, Booklover, Carpenter/Woodworker, Child Nurse, Clerk, Cobbler, Cook, Cyclist, Dairymaid, Dancer, Domestic Service, Electrician, Embroidery/Stitchery, Entertainer, Fireman, Fitness/Health, Florist/Gardener, Flyer/Aircraft, Friend To Animals, Geologist, Gymnast, Handywoman, Horsewoman/Rider, Homemaker, Interpreter, Knitter, Lacemaker, Laundress, Landworker/Farmer, Milliner, Minstrel/Musician, Naturalist, Needlewoman, Pathfinder, Photographer, Pioneer, Poultry Farmer, Printer, Rifle Shot, Scribe/Secretary, Sick Nurse/Home Nurse, Signaller, Sportswoman, Surveyor, Telegraphist, Swimmer, Thrift, Toymaker, Writer.
